• ABS EXPRESS - This 15 minute session focuses on core strength and stability and emphasis is placed on feeling that “burn” you should feel whenever a muscle group is worked independently. As always, the class is varied each time with functional exercises designed to target that mid-section.

  • BARBELL EXPRESS - Barbell Express, as the name suggests, provides participants with the opportunity to use barbells to assist in the strengthening of various body parts. We vary the routine to incorporate dumbells also as well as occasional use of gym machines. This class emphasises technique and weight control without the ego in order to maximise benefit.

  • BODYBAR FITNESS - The original Pump barbell workout exercising all the major muscle groups for a toned, fitter, healthier you. Bodybar Fitness uses weight-room exercises like squats, lifts and curls to give your legs, arms and upper body a complete workout.

  • BODY SCUPLT - Body Sculpt is a class which is generally focused on working out specific body parts and muscle groups. It is primarily weights based and we incorporate some active rest cardio and bodyweight exercises.

  • BODYTEK HARCORE EXTREME - Not for the fainthearted. If you want to be pushed to your limits to achieve your full potential this is the class for you. Combining functional training, weighted exercises and cardio. This is the ultimate full body workout.

  • BOOTCAMP - You never quite know what you’re going to get when you come in for a bootcamp workout. Each session is generally very varied from the last so no two workouts are the same. Expect a tough 30 mins in the gym doing anything from burpees to mountain climbers.

  • CARDIO BOX - this highly intense workout combines lots of punching, uppercutting and hooking together with bodyweight exercises and lots of running and cardio. We also incorporate some ducking and technique exercises from time to time so you’ll be sure to get a good sweat up!

  • BTFC FUNCTIONAL TRAINING (NEW) - Take your workout to the next level with this challenging mix of Cardio and Strength Training. A perfect workout for the whole body.

  • PERSONAL TRAINING/ SMALL GROUP TRAINING - Tailored to the individual or group. Catering for ALL fitness levels. Mix it up with your trainer each session to meet your needs and hit your health & fitness goals. 

  • TABATA TRAINING - A great High Intensity Interval Training session which runs for 30 mins. It works by completing a prescribed exercise at a really high intensity for 20 seconds and then having a 10 second break. We generally work for 4 mins and then have a 1 minute rest. This class is the ultimate in getting you fitter & stronger.

  • ZUMBA® - A total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class.​


Please Note:

  • For all training sessions you must have a towel & drink bottle on hand and appropriate footware must be worn at all times.

  • Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your class start time. For safety reasons there is no entry to the class once the class warmup has finished.

  • Children under 16 years of age are not permitted on the Gym Floor under any circumstance unless they are a member.

  • Between the times of 1:30pm to 3pm there is no trainer on the floor to hold Personal Training/ Small Group Sessions.
